35/35

Ok, so I'm a day early and never posted anything for last week but life is getting crazy!! Tomorrow I will be 35 weeks pregnant and only 35 days till Baby Love's due date! WOW!!! Time is going so fast. This is my last week at work too. It is very bitter sweet. I will really miss my students, but I can't wait to be a SAHM (stay at home mom). Although I am still looking for a kid or 2 to watch out of my house... I'll still be able to stay at home with the baby. I also get a few weeks, if not a month to get everything ready for the baby to come.

I will need lots of getting ready now that we've had our showers this past weekend. I had a shower with Jared's family on Saturday, and with my family and friends on Sunday. I am exhausted but it was totally worth it. Baby Love got so many awesome things! We are very blessed with what we got. I can't thank everyone enough. I don't know what we would do if didn't have all these showers. We would be even more broke than we already will be:) My sister in law took pics of both showers so once she emails them to me, I will upload them.

I start my weekly appointments next week!! I will find out which way the baby is facing (head up or head down... keeping my fingers crossed for head down) and will get my first (well 3rd actually) internal to see if I have started to dialate. Yikes!! It's coming down to the end. He is very active, but now instead of kicks I am getting more jabs. Kinda like, I don't have room so I will so budge you the best and hardest I can:)

We went on our tour of Labor and Delivery last Monday. It was all kind of a repeat of almost everything we knew. My sister in law has had 3 kids at St.Ann's and my sister had 1 kid, who was in the NICU for about a month. So we are very well aware of everything around the labor and delivery floor as well as the postpartum floor, but it was still nice to hear everything from the perspective of a nurse and not my family. I must say I am very proud of Jared for not being the one to passed out:) Not sure what happened but after the nurse explained everything that goes on in the rooms and what not, we all got up to go take a look at the rooms and one of the husbands fainted! I wasn't sure what was going on because he just kind of fell, but then crawled... then who knows. I kind of just ignored him because I thought he had trouble walking and I didn't want to draw attention to him. That was until his wife was like "What are you doing?" Then we all let the nurse come in and he was fine. It was all just kind of funny....

34 week 4 days before my shower
