It's a.....

GIRL!!! Oh my goodness I'm so surprised. Like I've said before, I had no feeling one way or another, but I kept having girl dreams. I woke up at 3:30am just waiting for Cole to wake up because he usually doesn't sleep that long and the baby was having a party in my belly! I actually felt her move on the outside for the first time:) Then I couldn't get back to sleep, then Cole woke up at 4:15 and joined me in bed where he flipped and flopped and fussed till 5am, then we fell asleep and my alarm went off at 6:30. So needless to say, I am tired today!

So my appointment was at 8 am. When they showed us back to my room, they put me in a non ultra sound room. I made sure to quickly ask why I wasn't in the u/s room. We had to wait for the room to clear and then we were moved back. Phew!! I about freaked out on them. So the u/s went amazing. She was moving around like crazy the whole time. It was so weird because a few times when he was pushing I could really feel her kicking!

He was doing the u/s for a while before he asked if we wanted to know what we were having "OF COURSE!!" I quickly responded:) He said "well, looks like girl parts to me. Yup, those are definitely girl parts!" I immediately teared up. I couldn't believe we were having a little girl. She was so active. It was so funny because her feet somehow ended up in every picture. Girlfriend has big feet and they were everywhere:) At one point we were looking at her heart, and the next her spine. She decided to flip around on us.

Everything looked perfect which is exactly what I wanted to hear. Cole's going to have a baby sister!!!!
