FULL TERM!!

Yup! I am 37 weeks and that is officially full term. Meaning, the baby can come any day now and be pretty much good to go. So now, time to start doing things to get this baby coming. I had my first internal (where the Dr checks your cervix to see if you are dilated and effaced) and of course I have no progress:( It hurt like no other! I thought he was shoving his fist up in me. I knew if I just gritted my teeth and made funny faces, it would be over soon and I would know if I had any progress. Jared sat there and gently patted my arm the whole time. Gotta love him:) I know I am a wuss and if I thought this was bad, I am in for a rude awakening. A hand is one thing... a baby's head is another. *Side prayer: Dear God, please please please, let the epidural work!!!!*

Anyways, I have gotten my exercise ball on to start bouncing him out and once this snow storm goes away I am going to start walking the mall. I will need to leave my credit cards in the car so I don't buy anything! Any other suggestion to get this labor going?? (No I will not try castrol oil!!)

Speaking of snow... in the past 5 days we have had 2 pretty big snow storms come through. We got about 10 in with the first one over the weekend. Then yesterday, it started up again and we probably got another 5 in on top of that (if not more). If I had the energy I would totally be out there taking pics with my new camera, but it's just not in me! I took some pretty good pics from my window, though:) So while I am cooped up inside, I have been getting caught up on cleaning. I did 6 loads of big people laundry yesterday and I am on 4 loads of Baby Love laundry today! It just keeps coming and coming! I also started sterilizing all the bottle nipples and pacifiers and washing the bottles. I even cleared out a place to store all the bottles and baby nick nacks. I am on a roll!!!

I also started "interviewing" pediatricians this week. I have 4 appointments to go to. My mom went with me Monday to a Dr in the same building as my OB. He was nice, but I'm not sure I would like having to take the baby to the hospital for check ups and what not. He was very nice though! I was supposed to have 2 appts yesterday, but they were canceled due to the weather. Jared is going with me to one that was rescheduled for today and it is with the pediatrician I went to!! Then on Friday I have 2 more appts. Hopefully by the end of the week I will know who Baby Love will be going to see once he is born.

So I haven't done this in a while so here is my 37 week survey:

• How far along?: 37 weeks
  
• Total weight gain: Unfortunately I have gained 50 some pounds:(
  
• Stretch marks?: *Blushes* My booty!!! At least I can hide those!!
  
• Sleep?: My hips KILL me at night. It is like they are being torn apart. I lay on one side, and have to roll over after an hour or so, then repeat! Now I am up to getting up 3 times a night to pee!
  
• Best moment this week?: Finding out the baby is head down! The Dr said his head is low! That should mean something, right?
  
• Sex: Boy!!
  
• Movement?: Lots of bigs movements. My little man is running out of room!
  
• Food cravings?: Food in general is good:)
  
• Labor signs?: I've had a few contractions, but nothing major:(
  
• Belly button in or out?: Outtie
  
• What I miss: Oh where to begin....
  
• What I'm looking forward to: Labor... ok not really labor itself, but seeing Baby Love~
